Abstract

In this paper, the problem of simulating 2-D road random disturbances with given probable characteristics are considered. The paper presents approach and the scheme of forming of two-dimension random stationary and nonstationary field for modeling longitudinal cutsets of the road surface, taking into consideration the lateral constitute. It's necessary for the space modeling of multimass vehicles. Introduction At the motion of the transport vehicle on the road surface its sprung and unsprung masses vibrate in longitudinal as well as in lateral planes. It's known that the human being bears the linear lateral accelerations in 4-6 times worse than vertical ( Christ & Dupuis [1], Rotenberg [2], Snowden [3] ), thus, although absolute value of the lateral acceleration is usually smaller than the vertical ones, their influence on the improved vehicle ride quality, safety and com
