Abstract

This paper introduced the technology of equipment database, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis etc. for a predictive maintenance system. Virtual instrument, combined with advanced techniques of database, three-tier model, modules etc., was introduced innovatively. And also the V1 based blocks of database, data acquisition, data archiving, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and report print, etc. were developed independently. Furthermore, the completed system solution and software configuration were provided. 1 Introduction The predictive maintenance technology, which is based on equipment database, equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, is the modern mode of equipment maintenance.
