Abstract

In this study, some hydrodynamic simulation tests concerning an aquifer located to the northeast of France are proposed. This aquifer constituted by Lower Triassic Sandstone is composed by an unconfmed and a confined aquifer. Our interest is related to the unconfmed aquifer. However, the data concerning this formation are practically non-existent. On the other hand, the confined aquifer presents a lot of data due to the various previous hydrogeologic studies. In order to optimize the exploitation of these data, two scenarios are proposed. These scenarii were chosen in accordance with the groundwater flow state, i.e. steady or non-steady. The first scenario consists to simulate in the steady-state the groundwater flow, in the confined aquifer only. This
