Abstract

For the influence analysis of the water quality (WQ) improvement project, the WQ modeling, which includes modeling selection, sensitivity analysis, monitoring of the pollutant loads and water quality concentrations for model calibration and verification, the model application is carried out in Masan Bay. This model is constructed based on the WASP4 model structures and includes hydrodynamic subprograms. It is calibrated and verified on the long-term time scale conditions by the use of available monthly-observed in situ data during 1990-1996.
