My Account

The My Account section of the WIT eLibrary website is where your personal profile and your previously purchased papers are stored on secure servers.

If you want to register as a new user, change your registered profile, or re-download previously purchased papers, My Account is where you want to be.

Register
You can register quickly, from the registration link on the homepage, by filling in a username, password and email address.

For all sections, fields that are required for registration have a red star to the left of each field. If fields do not have an red star, they are optional (not required for registration).

Note: Usernames and passwords must be at least 6 and no more than 40 characters. They can be letters or numbers, or a combination of both. Spaces and the following characters cannot be used in your username or password:

_ / \ ( ) * % + = ; , | ] " < >

Note: Once you register, you cannot change your username without completely re-registering.

You will need to remember your password for purchasing, so store it in a secure place. Your password is linked to your billing information, so please don't share it with anyone.

My Profile
Once you've completed the registration process, you can modify your information anytime by clicking on My Account section.

Previous Purchases
All PDF purchases are available for re-download for 12 hours after purchase.

To download PDFs from previous purchases, please follow our download instructions.

For help with failed downloads, please contact the WIT Press office by phone or email.

Forgot Your Password?
If you've forgotten your password, click 'Forgot your password?' on the Sign In page.

Clicking this link will take you to a screen where you can enter your username and your email address, which you entered during registration. Upon submission of the form, you'll receive an email containing your password.
