Here's an overview of the steps involved in purchasing and downloading
papers from WIT Press.com. Online purchasing at WIT Press takes
place on completely secure servers.

your PDF
Downloading papers is a simple, 3-step process.
Remember, all of the papers at WIT Press are PDFs. Take a look at
our table of download times.
To
download a typical PDF:
Click-and-hold
(Windows® users right-click) any 'download a PDF' link.
From
the menu that appears, choose 'Save Link As...', 'Save Target As...'
or 'Download Link to Disk'.
Choose
where you would like to save the image and then click 'Save'. If
prompted to save as either 'text' or 'source', choose 'source'.
Failed
Downloads
If your PDF's download fails for some reason,
please do not re-purchase that product. All PDF purchases are available
for re-download for 12 hours after purchase. For help with failed
downloads, please contact the WIT Press office by phone or email.
Downloading
PDF Files
Mac: Click and hold your mouse
button on the file link until a pop-up menu appears. Choose 'Save
this Link as...' or 'Download Link to Disk...' from the pop-up menu.
A dialog box will appear. Choose where you would like to save the
file, then click the 'Save' button. If given a choice, make sure
to choose 'Source' not 'Text' in the 'Format:' pop-up menu in the
dialog box.
Windows:
Right-click on the file link until a pop-up menu appears. Choose
'Save Link As...' or 'Save Target As...' from the pop-up menu. A
dialog box will appear. Choose where you would like the file saved,
then click the 'Save' button. If given a choice, make sure to choose
'Source' not 'Text' in the 'Format:' pop-up menu in the dialog box.
