Abstract

According to the characteristics of automatic block system and braking capability of trains on existing Chinese main lines, this paper proposed an automatic train protection system ( ATPS ) with high reliability and perfect performance which is based on advanced technology and suitable for speed-raised passenger and freight trains without changing the existing automatic block system.
