Abstract

Boundary element analysis for incompressible viscous flow H. Kisu, G. Rong, K. Matsuzaki Faculty of Engineering, Nagasaki University, 1-14 Bunkyo-machi, Nagasaki, Japan ABSTRACT This paper intends u> show the development of regularizing technique using rel- ative quantity in the problems of incompressible viscous flow. The basic bound- ary integral equation for flow rale is regularized by superposing a special solution upon the usual one. Regularized internal equations for flow rate and pressure are also obtained. The new equations deduced here makes it possible to get accurate numerical results. In addition, this approach provides the integral equation for surface pressure which is absent hitherto in the usual formulations. Through two and three dimensional examples, those equations are verified to be right and ex- cellent.
